Ak83 architects win competition for a new laundry

In collaboration with BASE Erhverv A/S, Rønslev Rådgivende Ingeniører AS and Wolters Consulting Aps, we have won the competition for a new laundry for the Region Sjælland. The new laundry is a replacement for a previous laundry which burned down. This is an industrial laundry with a high complexity and requirements regarding robustness and cleanliness. The administration building will be constructed in CLT, which serves as a good example of sustainability being compatible with contemporary industrial architecture.
