The Danish Renovation Award 2024

 The Renovation Award, presented by Grundejer Investeringsfond (The Property Owners' Investment Fund) and the Danish philanthropic association Realdania, celebrates exemplary renovation work by providing visibility and recognition to the field. This year, ak83 is nominating three projects: the renovation and transformation of an office building into senior housing on Kanalgaden in Albertslund, a cafeteria expansion for Matas' headquarters in an often-overlooked business park of Allerød, as well as the renovation and extension of Nordjyllands Agricultural School in Lundbæk. A skilled committee of 70 construction professionals will vote and select five to seven projects from the 160 projects submitted. We are proud to participate in this event, which highlights the importance of responsible construction practices and promotes strong collaboration among the different professions and disciplines within the building industry. We eagerly anticipate the voting process and extend our best wishes to all the nominated projects.
