ak83 arkitekter design Europe's largest logistics center for DSV
The construction includes approx. 18,000 m2 office domicile, a cross dock terminal for redistribution of goods of approx. 50,000 m2 and between 200,000 and 269,000 m2 of logistics facilities with a high degree of automation.
The logistics center will be located on the adjacent plot to DSV’s current facilities in Lund near Horsens. The logistics group wants to gather all their activities within the three divisions - Air & Sea, Road and Solutions - in one location and create larger, modern and future-proof facilities that benefit both them and their customers.

The first sod is expected to be taken in August 2021, while the expected occupancy is by the end of 2022 or the beginning of 2023. The final logistics center is expected to be completed during 2026.
