In cooperation with Varian Medical Systems and OKJ Projektstyring ApS, ak83 has taken part in the implemention of the new Radiotherapy Systems for cancer treatment, in Rigshospitalet. The new accelerators are more accurate and better than the old one.
The rooms become demolished in to the concrete, and much of the concrete floor is removed, to install the accelerator on a new base frame.
Through the last 10-15 years ak83 has taken part in the implemention of new Radiotherapy Systems in the rest of Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Netherlands and Iceland.
