ak83 has taken part in the project design of 24 luxury apartments with private roof terrace, underground parking and sea views. The apartments are located in continuation of Solrød Centret within short distance to the train station and library.
On the ground floor, the red brick facade base is a grocery store, while the apartments stand in three towers from 1st floor to 4th floor, in white concrete elements. Between the towers there is a 700 m² roof terrace, divided into shared and private zones.
