The construction of the 7.000m² is the final development of the Albertslund Centrum. The new building is connected to several levels at terrain and in the building of phase 2. Part of the existing Albertslund Centrum is demolished, and the new building is placed to make Stationstorvet more open and spacious.
The first two levels with more open and transparent facades contains shops. Level 2-5 appears as a continuation of the base. These levels contain the assisted living facilities and the service areas. At level 3 there is a shared garden for the assisted living facilities. At level 6 there is a green roof terrace for the senior housing. The senior housing is placed at level 6-10 as a tower. The outer material of the tower is different, and it marks the tower from ground- to the top floor.
