A large, open courtyard unites the building and connects the 31 residences in this classic block building. In addition to the green common area in the centre, the apartments – which are distributed over three floors – also have private terraces along the building. The settlement also include 120 parking spaces in the basement and ground floor that together with the well set out roof terraces make the apartments extraordinarily attractive.
In addition to the classic block building in timeless materials the project also involved an expansion and renovation of the existing Kvickly in the ground floor. On top of the store an additional four residences are constructed, also with attractive roof terraces.
