DSV in Gothenburg concentrates its operations under one roof

To achieve the best possible synergy, DSV in Gothenburg concentrates its operations under one roof. The facility, which is a pure cross-docking terminal, is located at Östgärde industrial area, on Hissinge. The location provides easy access to Gothenburg port and is a good hub for distribution in Sweden and the Nordic region.

The terminal is constructed as a steel structure, with facades in light sandwich panels. The large window sections at the entrances create great lighting conditions and provide a good working environment inside the terminal.

The administration and service building which are located at the arrival, in the gable of the terminal, appear in a dark gray cement-based facade board combined with glass facades and sun shading. The layout of the administration building is disposed with a double-high open office spacem, to create an optimal and flexible working environment for the various departments. To the west are the smaller offices on two floors, which are in "open" connection with the office landscape. The smaller offices have floor-to-ceiling glazing and sliding glass doors facing the office landscape to create openness. Between single offices and the open office landscape are the meeting rooms and copy room placed like sculptural towers, covered with a refined wooden list.
